What is included in the baseline starting price?
Every project includes a complete architectural design phase, strict build-time testing, full optimization for search engine indexing (SEO), mobile responsiveness, accessibility auditing, and a secure continuous deployment setup. We build complete, production-ready systems, not incomplete shells.
How are unique, custom requirements priced?
If your project requires third-party integrations, custom dashboards, complex databases, or multi-role user portals, we will evaluate these requirements during our initial System Design phase (Phase 02) and provide a detailed, itemized contract scope before any development begins.
Do you offer flexible payment plans?
Yes. Typically, our projects are structured on a milestone payment schedule (e.g., 40% initial engineering deposit, 30% upon approval of system designs, and 30% upon successful production release). We coordinate these milestones to align with your business cash-flow parameters.
What happens after the project is launched?
We provide comprehensive handover documentation, source code files, and a dedicated training workshop to help your internal team take full ownership. We also offer optional monthly systems support agreements to handle regular updates, security monitoring, and cloud hosting maintenance.
